Westfields were beaten 2-1 by visiting Cardiff Met at allpay.park on Thursday when the Welsh Premier Division side hit back to win after trailing 1-0.

Both sides worked hard on a beautifully prepared Westfields pitch and Westfields opened the scoring in the second half when Teddy Mee got on the end of Wakely cross to put Westfields ahead. However, the lead was short lived and the Welsh visitors hit back to equalise within 2 minutes .

In an end to end final 15 minutes, Cardiff snatched the winner with a fine right wing movement which resulted in a cracking drive from the edge of the box to give Cardiff Met the trophy which was presented to them by HFA Chairman Steve Willmot.
