We are back on home soil once again this Saturday as we host fellow city based side, Hereford Pegasus FC at AllPay Park with a 3pm kick off!
We will be looking to bounce back after back-to-back defeats to Slimbridge as well suffering a 5-3 defeat to fellow Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League side, Worcester City in the Wiseman Lighting Floodlit Cup. To mention though we had seven players under the age of twenty playing, with one making his debut and playing his first 90 of the season having missed all of pre-season! They are all a massive credit to the club in which it shows a clear pathway to men’s football is available for those who want to achieve their goals.
The visitors on the other hand won on the weekend after defeating Fairford Town 2-1 but suffered a humiliating defeat by getting beat 5-1 by Pershore Town, Pegasus currently sit 14th in the league table with 10 points from eight games. Hereford Pegasus are managed by former #Fields player Mark Hibbard, Mark enjoyed a spell of great success at his time at #Fields.
The last meeting between the two sides met was in the HFA County Challenge Cup back in April as we won 3-1 against Hereford Pegasus in the final at Edgar Street to lift the cup!
Saturday’s match sponsors are Securcom Sytems of Leominster, a massive thank you to another Herefordshire based business for choosing us as a club to support! We hope you enjoy the Airband Executive Suite and our hospitality this Saturday!
