Westfields suffered a 2-0 away defeat last night at the hands of Pershore Town when the Worcestershire side gained revenge for their defeat at Westfields earlier in the season.

Westfields trailed 2-0 at the break to a lively Pershore side who’s 2nd goal was scored by former Westfields winger James Baldwin.

Westfields tried to get back in the game in the second half but the Pershore Town side stood firm to run 2-0 winners in this Hellenic League Premier Division game.

Westfields now play at home on Saturday to Cirencester Town kickoff 3pm then next Tuesday are home again to visiting Longlevens kick off 7-45pm.
